MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

Traditions are so much fun and make the memories at Christmas - amazing food, the whole family together again, board games (sometimes gone crazy), singing carols, looking at lights, meditating on what the Christmas story means to you, Nutcracker ballet, shopping downtown, making cookies together, watching old Christmas movies, and the list goes on... One that we continue at our home (that I had growing up with my siblings) is starting the Christmas morning festivities off with a blast of music. The kids cannot come out to open their presents until they hear the music play. So my husband and I can hear them get up and they wait by their bedroom doors, waiting for the familiar blast of Carols of the Bells (David Foster's version) and then....STAMPEDE! Growing up with four kids, it sounded like a herd of buffalo coming down the hallway. Now even my two girls (and dog) make plenty of noise racing upstairs while Dad records these great video memories. It is so much fun to watch. I hope you have a wonderful day with loved ones, friends and pets or whoever you are with. I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a most excellent New Year ahead!
